Metrolog X4, X4-V5 and Metrolog X4 i-Robot are now compatible with the new Leica laser trackers
Metrologic Group is pleased to be amongst the first to integrate the new range of AT930 and AT960 laser trackers from Leica Metrology. Metrolog X4 and Metrolog X4 i-Robot are compatible with these trackers using the new LMF communication protocol (Leica Metrology Foundation).
Hexagon Metrology has unveiled the Leica Absolute Tracker AT930 and 960, a portable and compact laser tracker at the end of 2014 and Metrologic geared-up immediately to integrate it in its software solutions. The AT960 meets customer requirements for mobility, speed and features 6 degrees of freedom (6D). It is therefore compatible with reflectors and also with the T-Probe, T-Scan and T-Mac. The AT930 has the same features as the AT960 with the exception of 6D compatibility.
Metrologic Group innovates and demonstrates its reactivity to integrate, at the earliest stage, new measurement devices for demanding customers. Metrologic is thus providing the market with efficient solutions and compatibility with the latest technologies, within the shortest time.
"We wanted to support the new AT960 and AT930 trackers right at the release. Taking advantage of the latest LMF Leica communication protocol based on proven characteristics, we are now able to support this new generation of portable products" says Bertrand Gili, President of Metrologic Group. "With Metrolog X4, our universal 3D measurement solution allows us to offer compatibility with the widest range of available 3D measurement devices. In addition, this new tracker is also available in our Metrolog X4 i-Robot solution offering for full automation inspection solution. »
Metrolog X4, Metrolog X4-V5 and Metrolog X4 i-Robot version 3 are now available from our reseller’s network.
